There was only one security/seat attendant and a single policeman assigned to the game. Got that straight from the security guy. Normally, four or five but all 'resources' were dedicated to football. It guess it's good to live in a part of the world where you can serve alcohol, have fans scrambling for seats (many which were 'saved') not be concerned about potential confrontations.
